These are the terms you agree to by using this site or buying from it. We’ve tried to keep them readable.
1. Using this site
By visiting or ordering, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site. You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
2. Products and images
We do our best to show colours and finishes accurately, but screens vary and a printed wrap on a curved steel cup will never match a photo exactly. Product photos are representative mock-ups. Slight variation in placement, size and finish between production runs is normal and isn’t a defect.
3. Prices and availability
Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. We may correct pricing errors, and limit or refuse an order, including after it’s been placed — if we cancel an order you’ve already paid for, you get a full refund, promptly.
4. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. It’s accepted when we confirm it by email. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify. By ordering you confirm the information you’ve given is correct and that you’re authorised to use the payment method.
5. Made to order
Everything here is printed after you order it. That’s why we can’t take change-of-mind returns, and why we can’t change or cancel an order once printing has started. Full detail in the returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Shipping and risk
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we’re not responsible for carrier delays outside our control. See the shipping policy. If a parcel is lost or shows delivered but hasn’t arrived, tell us within 30 days and we’ll put it right.
7. Care
These cups are hand wash only. Damage caused by dishwashers, microwaves, freezers, bleach or abrasives isn’t a manufacturing defect and isn’t covered. See care & sizing.
8. Intellectual property
The artwork, text, layout and code on this site belong to us or our licensors and are for your personal use only. Please don’t copy the designs, resell our products commercially, or reproduce the artwork elsewhere without written permission.
9. Acceptable use
Don’t use this site to break the law, to scrape or overload it, to introduce malicious code, or to infringe anyone’s rights. We can withdraw access if you do.
10. Third parties
Checkout, payments, printing, delivery and analytics are provided by third parties with their own terms. We’re not responsible for their sites or services, but we do choose them carefully.
11. Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to what you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t legally be limited — and none of this affects your statutory consumer rights.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page with its date. Your continued use of the site means you accept the version in force at the time.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
