Every item is made to order, so the timeline has two parts: how long it takes to make your cup, and how long it takes to reach you.
1. Production — 2 to 5 business days
Nothing is printed in advance. Once you order, your design is printed onto your cup by our US print partner. That normally takes 2–5 business days. During peak season (October, and the run-up to Christmas) it can take a little longer.
2. Shipping — 3 to 7 business days
Standard shipping within the United States takes 3–7 business days once the parcel leaves the facility. That is in addition to the production window above, so a typical order lands somewhere between 5 and 12 business days after you place it.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. If you’d like to know when that changes, email us.
Tracking
You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the facility. Allow up to 48 hours for the carrier’s system to start showing scans — a tracking number that shows nothing on day one is normal.
More than one item
If you order several cups they may be produced in different batches and can arrive in separate parcels on different days. Nothing is missing — the rest is following.
Address mistakes
Please check your address carefully at checkout. Orders route to production quickly and we usually can’t change the address once that happens. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we’ll happily reship it once you confirm the correct address, and we’ll ask you to cover the reshipping cost.
Lost or late parcels
If tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, or a parcel goes missing in transit, email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll sort it out.
