Hello
A very small shop with very specific taste.
Sips Stitches and Sass makes one thing, and tries to make it properly: seasonal 20 oz tumblers wrapped in artwork you won’t find on a shelf.
It started because every cute cup in every shop looked like every other cute cup. Same fonts, same washed-out pumpkins, same three colours. I wanted the sort of thing that makes someone at work actually ask where you got it — a bit witchy, a bit soft, a lot of glitter, and unapologetically not for everyone.
Every design gets picked, laid out and checked on the actual cup before it goes up. That last part matters more than it sounds: a tumbler is a cylinder, so only the middle third of the wrap faces you at any one time. Get that wrong and your quote reads “Creep it re…” forever. It’s a small thing that a lot of shops simply don’t bother with.
How the cups are made
They’re printed on demand by a US print partner. Nothing is made until you order it, which is why it takes a few days — and why there’s never a pile of unsold stock being discounted into a bin at the end of the season. You get a cup made for you, in the week you asked for it.
If something goes wrong
Email me. Not a ticket system, not a chatbot — me, at hello@sipsstitchesandsass.com. If a cup turns up damaged, misprinted or just plain not what you ordered, I’ll replace it free or refund you in full, and you won’t have to post anything back. That’s the whole policy.
