How long will my order take?
Every cup is printed after you order it, so allow 2–5 business days for production, then 3–7 business days for standard US shipping. During October and December production can run a little longer. You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as it ships — give the carrier up to 48 hours to start showing scans.
Where do you ship?
Within the United States only at the moment. If you’d like to know when that changes, email us and we’ll tell you.
What’s the difference between the two cups?
The Skinny Tumbler is the slim one with a clear lid and a stainless steel straw — it fits a normal car cup holder. The Travel Tumbler is wider, with a sliding lid and no straw, which suits hot drinks better. Same artwork, same 20 oz, same stainless steel.
How do I wash it?
Hand wash only, with warm soapy water and a soft sponge. No dishwasher — the heat and the detergent will dull and eventually lift printed artwork, and that’s not covered by the replacement promise because it’s preventable. Don’t microwave it either; it’s steel.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Email as soon as you can. Orders move into production quickly, sometimes within a couple of hours. If it hasn’t started printing we’ll change or cancel it happily. Once printing has begun we can’t stop it, because it’s already your cup and nobody else’s.
Can I return it if I just don’t like it?
Sadly not. Each cup is printed for one person, so there’s no shelf to put it back on. What we do cover: anything damaged, misprinted, defective or not what you ordered — replaced free or refunded in full, your choice, and you keep the original. Just email a photo within 30 days.
My tracking says delivered but it isn’t here.
Give it 24 hours (carriers scan early surprisingly often), check with neighbours, then email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll sort it out.
Is the artwork copyrighted / can I resell these?
The designs are for personal use. Please don’t resell them or reproduce the artwork commercially.
Do you do custom or bulk orders?
Email and ask. For a handful of matching cups for a party or a team, it’s usually a yes.
