Every design comes on both. Same artwork, same 20 oz, same stainless steel — the difference is the shape and the lid.

Skinny Tumbler · with a straw

The slim one. Clear lid, stainless steel straw, fits a standard car cup holder. This is the one most people reach for, and it’s the cheaper of the two.

Travel Tumbler · sliding lid

Wider body, sliding lid, no straw. Better for hot drinks and a bit more forgiving if it gets knocked over in a bag.

Printed when you order it

Nothing is printed in advance. Your cup is made after you buy it, which is why it takes a few days — and why nothing ends up in a clearance bin.

Made to order

Yours doesn’t exist until you ask for it.

We don’t hold stock. When your order comes in, that exact design is printed onto that exact cup and sent to you. It takes a few days longer than a warehouse would — and it means nothing gets made that nobody wanted.

How it all works

How long until it arrives?

Production takes 2–5 business days because your cup is made after you order it. Standard US shipping is another 3–7 business days on top. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as it leaves the facility.

Can I put it in the dishwasher?

Please don’t. Hand wash with warm soapy water and the artwork will stay bright for years. Dishwashers are the single fastest way to ruin a printed tumbler. No microwave either — it’s stainless steel.

What if it turns up damaged?

Email us a photo within 30 days and we’ll replace it free or refund you in full, whichever you’d rather. You won’t need to post anything back.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not right now — we ship within the United States only. Email us if you’d like to be told when that changes.
