Printed tumblers last for years if you treat them right, and lose their artwork in about a month if you don’t. It really comes down to one rule.
Hand wash only. Warm water, a little washing-up liquid,
a soft sponge. Never the dishwasher — the heat plus the detergent will dull the print
and eventually lift it. This is the single most common way a tumbler gets ruined, and because
it’s preventable it isn’t covered by our replacement promise.

- Hand wash the outside gently. Don’t soak it — water can work into the seal between the walls.
- No dishwasher, no microwave. It’s stainless steel; the microwave part matters for your microwave as much as for the cup.
- No bleach, no scouring pads, no abrasive powders. They’ll scratch the printed surface.
- No freezer. Ice inside is fine. The freezer is not.
- Straw and lid come apart — wash them separately and let everything dry fully before you put it back together.
- If it starts to smell of yesterday’s coffee, a spoon of bicarbonate of soda in warm water overnight fixes it.

- Capacity: 20 oz (about 590 ml).
- Material: insulated stainless steel with a glossy printed wrap.
- Skinny Tumbler: slim body, clear lid, stainless steel straw included. Fits a standard car cup holder.
- Travel Tumbler: wider body, sliding lid, no straw.
- The wrap goes all the way around. Only about a third of it faces you at once, which is why the lettering on our designs is laid out to sit in that front third.

between production runs. If anything arrives that doesn’t look right,
