How long does delivery take?
Every cup is printed to order, so there are two parts to the timeline: 2 to 5 business days to make it, then 3 to 7 business days in transit within the United States. Order by Monday 12 October to be safe for Halloween.
Which cup should I choose?
The Skinny Tumbler has a clear lid and a stainless steel straw and fits a standard car cup holder. The Travel Tumbler is wider with a sliding lid and no straw, which suits hot drinks better. Both hold 20 oz.
Are these dishwasher safe?
No. They are hand wash only, and dishwasher damage is not covered. Warm water and washing-up liquid keeps the artwork looking right.
Do you ship outside the United States?
